Yes! The amount of websites you can host on the same plan is 3, 5 and 10 for the Rain, Thunder, and Tornado plan respectively. Each website can have its own top-level domain (TLD) - for example, you can host mywebsite.com and anotherwebsite.com on the same plan with no extra cost.

Every hosting plan is allocated a certain amount of compute resources, such as CPU and RAM. Higher plans get more resources, which means your site can serve more traffic without slowing down.

We do not offer support over the phone or via live chat. Technical issues often require research and troubleshooting on our part, and doing so while on the phone or in live chat often leads to a slower resolution. We pride ourselves on excellent ticket support and almost all tickets are resolved with a single reply, which makes it just as fast or even faster than live support at other providers!

European Union. We have servers in various countries across Europe, mostly in Germany. You should not notice any significant difference in latency anywhere in Europe. We are GDPR-compliant and do not transfer data outside the EU.

You have the choice to either register a new domain with us, transfer your existing domain, or keep your domain at your current domain registrar and update the nameservers to point to our hosting. Whichever option you choose, it makes no difference to the performance of your site!

You can host PHP and JavaScript applications, as well as static websites. This includes most common web applications such as WordPress, Drupal, etc. For WordPress, we also offer automatic updates and backups, as well as an easy-to-use management dashboard.

No! Your plan always renews at the same price! We are committed to honest and transparent pricing, so there are never any hidden fees or surprise price increases.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You will be charged or credited the difference based on the amount of time remaining on your billing cycle.

We donate 2% of our revenue to carbon removal, in partnership with Stripe. This money goes towards developing and scaling emerging carbon removal technologies in order to fight climate change and reduce the amount of CO₂ in the atmosphere. Read more about Stripe Climate
